A lovely restaurant tucked away in countryside near Caylus is the Auberge de la grange de Cros at Saillac –  so tucked away we got lost trying to find it!

Banyuls is a fortified aperitif or dessert wine, similar to Port, from the Catalan Pyrenees – gorgeous! Very nice poured over any melon.
